Both trailers are built on a 300mm deep, 150mm wide, 10mm S355MC formed Double C Section chassis, ensuring exceptional rigidity—ideal for tipping platforms on uneven terrain. Their industry-leading suspension features a three-leaf spring set, designed for larger-diameter off-road wheels, paired with BPW axles and a patented rear steering kingpin design.

Equipped with 650/55R26.5 178D-rated wheels, these trailers can handle 7,500kg at speeds of up to 65 kph. The drawbar can be either mechanically or hydraulically sprung, allowing flexibility to suit different operational needs.

Efficiency is at the core of the tipping system, featuring a single tipping cylinder with 100% efficiency as the ram pressure is applied vertically. A standard ¾” tipping hose ensures faster tipping turnarounds, a crucial factor for contractors.

Durability is a key aspect of our trailer bodies. With a 150mm taper, pressed floor, and reinforced side panels, they offer exceptional strength and reliability. The heavy-duty tailgate features a soft stop when opening and a mechanical lock when closed, ensuring secure operation.

Our trailers undergo complete shot blasting, ensuring a clean, keyed surface for two-pack primer and a high-quality two-pack topcoat, providing a long-lasting finish. The components are of the highest standard, including hydraulic steel triple-wire hose kits with German-made fittings and probe handles. Lighting and wiring harnesses come from an Austrian manufacturer, while Wabco supplies the air brake system—guaranteeing reliability and safety.
